Do you charge per reservation or per cover?
Never. Flat monthly pricing; we don’t take a cut of your bookings.
What counts as a guest?
1 guest = 1 waitlist entry or 1 reservation, counted at creation. Calendar month, resets on the 1st.
Do you support SMS outside the US?
Yes — global from day one. Phone format handling, opt-out semantics, and SMS regulations are designed to work outside US 10DLC.
How fast is setup?
Sign up, add your business name, print a QR code. Most operators are taking their first waitlist join within ten minutes.
Do you replace my POS or floor-plan tool?
No. Spotline handles the host’s view — waitlist, reservations, and table status. POS and floor-plan stay where they are.
